  • How the website describes it:
    • It’s a nine-hole event for women to participate in. The event does not keep score of strokes but by challenges instead to help the players learn basic skills of the game, the rules, and etiquette. Its target is to get more women involved with the game and have a good time while doing so. Like hitting the green in one. They give out free packs for the first 200 orders, and then you must purchase a pack. A pack includes ball markers for the players, challenge scorecards, player registration sheets, promotional flyers. You set up your own events with any group size.
  • Analysis
    • This tweet does a good job of promoting one of their events and showing support for female golfers. They provide a picture in the tweet to attract attention from other tweets they post. This event has been done in the past and has had great success. They have been growing the game of golf for women all across England with a big thanks to events like this one. However, I think they could incorporate more into this event instead of just a round of golf. Women on Par should include a singular location for the event so that all participants can play together and meet one another. This would bring out the social aspect of the game of golf.
